About the webinar
Producing recurring tracker reports across multiple markets is slow, repetitive work. The structure barely changes from wave to wave, but every version still has to be built, populated, checked and delivered. As reporting volumes grow, so does the effort needed to maintain them.
Most teams know automation could help. The challenge isn’t recognising the opportunity. It’s understanding what automation actually involves, where it delivers the most value, and how to make it work within an existing reporting process.
Toluna’s Data Visualisation team has been through that journey. Across several multi-market tracker studies, covering 104 reports and 5,518 slides, they cut production time by 87%.
Join Laura Pienkowski, Senior Efficiency Analyst at Toluna, and Benjamin Rietti, CEO of E-Tabs, as they share what Toluna learned from automating their trackers and answer your questions in a live Q&A.
What we’ll cover:
- How report automation works: templates, data sources and the mapping process, plus which projects are best suited to automation.
- What to work out before you start: the key questions to answer about your process, data and outputs.
- Toluna’s reporting, before and after: what production looked like manually, and what changed once trackers were automated.
- What automated output looks like: brand funnels, imagery grids, market-specific elements and sorted tables, built without manual entry.
- Live Q&A
