The exciting new Enterprise version 5 Release
A number of exciting features have been added and improved upon in the latest version of Enterprise. Some major extensions that promise to make project automation even easier include:
ObjectFlow
ObjectFlow is a major extension to Enterprise’s formatting capabilities. Within the ObjectFlow functionality users can:-
- Paginate long lists. Now long lists of brands or verbatims can be automatically split over multiple slides.
- Distribute objects on a slide. Total control over the final distribution of slide objects.
Before ObjectFlow Notice two charts have been deleted by rules and there is an uneven distribution of charts across the slide.

After ObjectFlow Now there is an even distribution of the charts.

- Position and size individual objects on a slide. In the example below the position and size of brackets and labels has been automated dependent on the data.
The new looping wizard
This wizard holds your hand through the process of looping your project across multiple countries, areas, brands etc.
TableStats
Users can now stat test entire tables with a single tag.
Runtime skinning
Enterprise v5 has had a face-lift! You can use the standard pre-set skins we have designed or you can customise the look and feel of Enterprise by adding and designing your own skins, and even share them with other users on the forum.
There are also a host of minor extensions - for example:
- Control over number format within rules.
- A new undo/redo manager.
- A new project output type 'Print to PDF'.
- A complete redesign and extension to the text wizard.
- Extension to VarMappings.
- Extension to the font action within rules.
- Sort using the true (rather than formatted) values in Excel.
- Define and use an external editor to edit the script.
- Use global table and data tags in ExFunc parameters.
....and many, many more!
In addition to these major and minor feature extensions, the development team have fixed more than 60 bugs. Get ready for Enterprise v5 which will be automatically released to Enterprise users soon!
