E-Tabs Launch New Client Support Portal
E-Tabs are pleased to announce the launch of a new client support portal for all our software users.
Launching in September the E-Tabs Support Hub will provide a central location for all clients to access training resources, documents, manuals & webinars, request software support, submit new feature suggestions, and interact with other E-Tabs software users. It will allow easier access to all our resources and help us better serve our ever expanding client base.
Features of the Support Hub will include:
- Knowledge base of support documents, manuals and instructions
- Webinar recordings with comments and questions sections
- Support request submission and live chat
- Community section with discussion forums and fellow user interaction
- Support query tracking and logging
