I am writing to call out the exceptional help E-Tabs support provided me with today.
I was in the office on a over the weekend (sadly) preparing some extremely time sensitive client deliverables when I came across what appeared to be a technical issue with an E-Tabs file. Not expecting to connect with anyone on the weekend, I dialed the service number on your website and was almost immediately put in touch with Levy. As it turned out, the issue was with our own internal data set up, but Levy still offered to try to fix the issue in the file. He spent three hours with my file and was able to solve my problem. I am back on track with my client and could not be happier.
