Mike is Chief Executive of Ipsos MORI and is responsible for all our businesses in the UK and Ireland. He reports to the Ipsos Group CEO and is a member of the Ipsos Management Council which consists of the most senior employees in the Ipsos Group.
Prior to his CEO role, he was Chief Operating Officer of Ipsos MORI and before that Managing Director of MORI. During his time as COO of Ipsos MORI, Mike was responsible for overseeing the merger in the UK of the Operations of MORI and Ipsos. Mike was MD of MORI for five years and was a key member of team that completed two successful management buy-outs of the MORI business. Mike has also worked as a management consultant and an academic researcher.
Mike lives in Brighton with his wife and four children and enjoys current affairs, walking, reading and cycling.
I'm really interested in what technology can do to help us deliver better services to our clients but I'm not a 'techy' in any sense!

Diana Crabtree
Diana has over ten years experience in the Market Research Industry, specializing in Project Management of large & complex tracking studies and report automation.
She began her career at MEW Research in London, a travel and tourism specialist agency. After gaining a solid grounding in research and data fundamentals, Diana moved to Network Research, a Customer Satisfaction agency, managing key accounts for British Airways, Porsche and a large UK bank. Diana planned and executed one of the largest banking tracking studies in the UK.
Diana set up and managed a dedicated Projects Management team at Network, responsible for the successful running of all quantitative surveys. She was responsible for all data processing, project management and automated reporting, and also implemented new survey software.
Diana moved to Hong Kong in October 2005 to set up the TNS Hong Kong automation team, managing a team of four advanced reporting programmers. This team has led the way in setting up and using the most advanced automation software on the market. The team now programme and manage the production of all multi-report projects, saving considerable time, improving quality and enabling faster delivery of more insightful reports to clients.

» Thomas Blankenberger, Head of Data Technologies, Kantar Operations Germany
Thomas studied empirical communication science in Germany. He started to work for Millward Brown Germany in 1999. As the Director of Data Processing he has been responsible for Survey Programming and Tabulation in Germany. Out of this expertise he built up a German Hub for Survey Programming within Millward Brown in Mainland Europe. With the launch of Kantar Operations Germany in 2008 Thomas has been appointed as the Head of Data Technologies.
» Marta Rowicka, Team Head of Support Competence Center, Millward Brown
Marta studied mathematics at Warsaw University and worked for Millward Brown Poland (SMG/KRC) for 5 years. She led a team responsible for tabulation, database building/creation and charting automation. Marta re-located to the Frankfurt office in 2006 and currently heads up a team responsible for the high quality and swift delivery of automated reports and charts. Marta services international projects run out of Germany as well as projects for other Millward Brown European Offices.

» Paul Carney, Director of Research & Analytics, Bonamy Finch
Paul has 12 years market research experience - joining Research International, London in 1996 as a graduate. Paul worked as a client service executive for 3 years before moving RI's Marketing Science Centre. He became Deputy Managing Director, and left in February 2007, to join Bonamy Finch.
Paul has worked in a wide range of categories, including consumer durables, confectionery, alcohol & soft drinks, telecoms, healthcare & financial services. He specialises in visualising complex segmentations using simple structures, and in combining brand perception data into customer segmentation studies to facilitate portfolio planning & NPD.
